{DIY} Fendi Bag Bugs Beanie and Gloves
Inspired by FENDI bag bugs eye…
Fendi’s furry little monster, aka Bag Bugs is soft and playful. Each one of them exhibits their personalities from The Funny and The Snob to The Savage and The Playful.
It wasn’t love at the first sight for me. But slowly the bug has finally bitten me…
I officially have a Bag Bugs fever.
The design is simple so without further thinking I decided to replicate it.
It doesn’t take much time to create your own Fendi style bag bugs beanie.
You’ll need:
- Beanie
- 5″ Faux Fur trim/ribbon
- {White and black} Felt and Glue gun, OR {White and black} Patch Twill iron-on and Iron
- Scissors
- Pencil and paper to draw template
A. Draw 2.25″ diameter circle for the eye and 1″ diameter circle for the pupil. Use {a bit more than} half of the circle.
B. Cut fabric per template and glue or iron on to the beanie.
C. Glue the faux fur trim above the eyes.
And that’s it. Easy, right?
But the beanie is not complete without the matching gloves, right?
To make Fendi inspired gloves, you’ll need :
- Gloves
- Felt
- Glue gun
- Scissors
- Pencil and paper to draw template
A. Draw a triangle with perpendicular sides to fit across the glove, curve the corners, and cut a small rectangle section for the eye.
B. Cut felt per template and glue it onto the glove.
And you make yourself a Fendi inspired bag bugs gloves.
So, what do you think? Do you like it? Yay or Nay?
