Rose butter cream is kinda old {if you do it in old way}. Adding ruffles as the rose base and making the rose big is CHIC.
For the ruffles, use Wilton tip #2D. For the rose, use Wilton tip #103, #104 or #406. Simple right?

Hi when you say use tips 103, 104, 406 for the rose, did you mean use the bigger tips for the bottom petals then the smaller tips for the top petals for a single rose? Or did you mean use one of these tips for a single rose?
