[Baking} 15 minutes cake decorating
This is my favorite decorating style. It’s quick, easy and forgiven. If you make mistakes, no one would notice them.
Last weekend was my neighbor’s daughter birthday. She asked me to help her with the birthday cake.
Knowing that I don’t have much time to bake and decorating while teaching my daughter with online school. We agreed on doing Roses decoration for the cake. It’s pretty and simple.
The cake is 9″ wide and 2.5″ tall. I need 2 pink Wilton Creamy Buttercream decorator icings to do the roses and crumb coat.
Each comes in 1 pound tub and around $3.00 each.
The decorating tip to make these roses is 1M. It’s the large tip.
You can start the icings from the edge or the center of the cake, or even from the side of the cake.
Now imagine you have circle as big as each rose you are going to make. Starting in the center of each imaginary circle, begin piping a circular swirl outward until you reach the size you desire. Then, move right on to the next circle.
Easy breezy…
