Macarons!!!

90 gr egg whites (approx. 5 egg whites) – aged for one day. (loosely covered and leave at room temperature)

110 gr almond – finely ground
2 cups confectioners sugar

Food coloring – optional

Directions:
Whipped egg whites until foamy.
Pour into ground almond and sugar mix.
Mix by hand.

Pipe onto baking sheet.
Let sit about an hour.

Pre-heat oven at 300F

Bake at 300 F fro 18-20 minutes
