{Dessert} Chocolate Rum Balls
Rum Balls are a truffle-like confection of sweet, dense biscuit flavored with chocolate and rum. They are roughly a golf ball size and often coated in chocolate sprinkles, cocoa or grated coconuts.
These chocolate Rum Balls are boozy, perfectly-sized treats for adults and perfect desserts for Christmas party
Chocolate Rum Balls
Ingredients
For the balls :
- 1 bag Maria cookies
- 1/2 can chocolate condensed milk
- 3 tablespoon butter | margarine melted
- 2 tablespoon rum
For the coating :
- Chocolate spinkles
Instructions

In food processor, combine all ingredients for the balls and grind.

Using a tablespoon, scoop out dough and roll into 1" balls.

Using your hands, roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles. Do this immediately while the balls are still moist.

Place balls on truffle cups. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate over night.
If you like them not boozy, just eliminate the rum. Little kids will love these chocolate balls too.
