{Cooking} Stir Fried Noodles
Stir fry is quick, easy and versatile. Once you know the basics behind putting together a great stir-fry, you can easily introduce new ingredients, make a variety of sauces, or try traditional stir-fry recipes.
Let’s learn how to make this super easy stir fry noodle first, and I bet you will want to do more advanced Chinese recipes afterward.
Ingredients:
Egg noodle {stir fry kind} or any dried noodle
shrimps, peeled
2 egg, beaten
2 stalk of green onion, sliced
5 garlic clove, chopped
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon salt
vegetables: broccoli, spinach, carrots, you name it
Cabbage, thinly sliced {optional}
1 stick of celery, sliced {optional}
2 teaspoon soy sauce {optional}
3 tablespoon oil
2 sunny side up and garnish
Cooking instructions:
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until just tender. Drain, and add 1 tablespoon of oil, mix well.
2. Heat some oil in a pan and pan fry garlic to brownish color.
3. Add the shrimps and cook until they change color.
4. Add the egg and scramble for a while.
5. Add the noodle, soy sauce, and everything else. Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
